Although she was tiny, she was fierce. Through the ups and downs in life, her faith never wavered. Each day was a challenge, and, after one particular challenge, she called me her Lone Ranger and she was my Tonto.   She was many things to many people; she was my little sister. Those who knew us may find it hard to believe but, she was also my hero. In the end, she left nothing on the field. And I miss her daily. 

I learned and spoke about the facts of kidney disease; she taught me the struggles of having it. She has been silenced; she fights no more. So it is in her memory that I created this page to carry on our last project - to raise awareness of kidney disease and offer support to those battling this horrible disease. 


A financial contribution will fund the fight to:

- Expand access to home dialysis and kidney transplants for all Americans.

- Increase funding for kidney disease research

-Identify and eliminate kidney health disparities
